Holiday Light Parade

Kick off the holiday season with one of Kennett Square’s most beloved traditions—the Holiday Light Parade.

This dazzling event draws thousands to historic Kennett Square to celebrate the magic of the season. Welcoming nearly 20,000 spectators, the parade features 100 lighted floats, marching bands, dance groups, community organizations, trucks, tractors, and more—each covered in twinkling lights and holiday cheer.

At the end of the parade, Santa Claus arrives to light the community tree, provided by Kennett Collaborative, just as snow begins to fall—a perfectly timed, heartwarming moment that delights attendees of all ages.

Join us for an unforgettable night of lights, music, and festive fun as Kennett Square shines bright for the holidays!
