Since 1998, Kennett Brewfest has been bringing incredible breweries, live music, local food, and thousands of beer lovers to Kennett Square each fall.

Nearly 30 years later, it has become a favorite fall tradition for craft beer aficionados and casual festival-goers alike. This year, Brewfest has 150+ beers and beverages, two live bands, an expanded lineup of ready-to-drink cocktails, great local food, festival competitions, and even more to experience between pours.

Drink Beer. Support Kennett Square.

Kennett Brewfest isn’t just one of Kennett Square’s favorite fall traditions—it’s also Kennett Collaborative’s biggest fundraiser of the year.

Ticket proceeds directly support Kennett Collaborative’s community programming throughout the year, including the KSQ Farmers Market, Third Thursdays on State Street, Holiday Light Parade, and other programs and events that help make Kennett Square a vibrant place to live, work, and visit.

So every pour helps support more of what you love about Kennett Square.

Here’s everything you need to know before you go—so you can arrive prepared and have the best Brewfest experience!

There are two fun competitions at Brewfest that are free to enter and open to everyone: Best Dressed and Best Snacklace!

No registration or sign-up is required—just come ready to have fun! Secret judges will be wandering the festival throughout the day, keeping an eye out for their favorites.

Winners will be announced on stage at 3:30 PM, and each winner will receive a prize!

Best Dressed Competition

Go solo or get the whole group involved. Unicorn onesie? Traditional lederhosen? Matching costumes with your Brewfest crew? Anything goes—just bring your best Brewfest spirit!

Best Snacklace Competition

What’s a Snacklace? It’s exactly what it sounds like—a wearable necklace made of your favorite snacks!

String together pretzels, crackers, candy, or whatever snackable creations you can dream up, then wear your masterpiece to Brewfest for a chance to be crowned Best Snacklace and take home a prize!

Tasting Trails

Once again, Brewfest attendees can explore the festival through Tasting Trails, curated routes designed to make discovering new breweries even more fun. Guests can choose a trail that matches their tastes—from local favorites and hidden gems to sought-after breweries, coastal pours, and funky flavors—then taste their way through each stop. Complete a trail and stop by the merch tent to claim a free souvenir sticker as proof you conquered the trail!

HIDDEN GEMS — The breweries you’ll be glad you found.

PA CLASSICS — Pennsylvania beer royalty.

CROWD PLEASER — There’s a reason everyone loves these.

HYPE HUNTERS — Yep. Those breweries.

THE COASTAL — Great beer from beyond PA.

FUNK • FRUIT • FERMENTATION — Get a little weird.

BEYOND BEER — When you need a break from hops.
