The practice serves the hispanic community operating under the name, Odontología Familiar Kennett Square. The office also partners with LCH to further support community health access.
Kennett Square Family Dentistry is led by Dr. Neil Della Croce, DMD, MS, who brings a thoughtful, patient-first approach to care. Dentistry runs deep in his family—his great-grandfather began practicing in 1925.

Originally from the Poconos, Dr. Neil first discovered Kennett Square in 2006 during a lunch at the Kennett Inn while in town for a job interview. After walking down State Street, he immediately felt a connection to the town’s character and strong sense of community.
That role became his first job in Kennett Square. While his wife later opened a practice in Chester Springs, the lasting impression of Kennett Square stayed with Dr. Neil and ultimately drew him back, leading him to take over the practice at Kennett Square Family Dentistry.
Neil completed his undergraduate studies at King’s College, pursued graduate education at Bloomsburg University, and earned his dental degree from Temple University, where he graduated in 2010. After dental school, he worked as an associate dentist in Chester Springs for five years, gaining valuable experience and refining his clinical approach. In 2022, he returned to Kennett Square, and in September 2024, he officially took over the Kennett Square Family Dentistry practice from previous owner Al Schmitt, marking a new chapter for the office while continuing its commitment to the community.
Today, Neil lives in Chadds Ford with his wife, Mira K. Della Croce, whom he met while attending dental school at Temple. Together they are raising two children—an eight-year-old daughter and a six-year-old son—who attend Greenwood Elementary. Being a local parent and business owner allows Neil to remain closely connected to the families he serves, both inside and outside the office.
Kennett Square Family Dentistry offers comprehensive dental services designed to meet patients at every stage of care. Ongoing staff training—ranging from clinical advancements to insurance education—ensures patients receive knowledgeable, transparent support throughout their treatment journey. Dr. Neil invests in his staff of 4; Linda Ortiz, Myriam Guerreo, Jordi Hernandez, and Linda Sarro.
